Rentals

You may rent a boat and set your own course or charter a boat so you can relax while one of our Coast Guard licensed captains takes you where you want to go. Bring along your own refreshments or contact us for help coordinating a special meal onboard with the aid of our preferred caterers. Chicago Sailing's fleet of 26 sailboats is the largest fleet of its kind in the Midwest, offering the most rental and charter options on Lake Michigan.

Our J- boats and Hunter-326's are available for rent seven days a week, from 8:00 am to dusk, so you can enjoy sailing as often as you like. Take your friends sailing and show them the skyline. We use J/22 , J/24 , and J/30 keelboats for their quality, design and ease of handling. J/22's offer large, open cockpits and room for up to five adults. The J/24 offers big boat handling in a small boat package, while the J/30 offers additional space and comfort. Our T-10's are one of Lake Michigan's most popular racing vessels. Their open, flat deck provides plenty of space for all of your passengers. The Hunter-326's are cruising oriented with all imaginable conveniences for the discerning sailor. Up to 10 people can fit easily on the Hunter-326's.

2-hour minimum for all rentals. An 8% city tax is applied to all rental reservations. All rental reservations are subject to Chicago Sailing's 72-hour cancellation policy.
