Club Sail

One our our most popular social programs at Chicago Sailing is 'Club Sail'. It's a fun event where members join other sailors and staff members in a casual sailing get-together. Bring your friends or make new ones as a part of a floating party. 'Club Sailing' brings enthusiastic sailors together in a low-key venue to meet, sail and learn a little about sailing and each other. After all, sailing is more than a sport - it's a lifestyle that thrives when shared.

'Club Sailing' is also an effective way to hone your sailing skills. You are able practice existing skills and learn new techniques from your shipmates, all in a relaxed, social atmosphere. Instructors are available too, whenever your crew wants professional attention in expanding your abilities.

Tuesday nights are a special treat for 'Club Sailors'. It is the night of our complimentary cookout, when invite you to meet a whole new group of potential sailors from our “Introduction to Sailing” class. Come down, sail, and meet new people over a burger; what could be more fun?

Club Sail:

Tuesday, Thursday, 5:30pm to dusk
Sunday mornings, 8:30- 11:30AM
Sunday evenings 5:30pm - dusk

Social Sailing - $60 per sailor
Aboard the J/30 - $80 per sailor
